another semester's over and done with, funny how my previous post was about the beginning of last semester.. haha wow.. it's already been 8 months, so much has happened i don't even know where to begin, so i won't.. lol
well for the time being i'm just happy to be going home tomorrow.. been stuck in guelph for basically a whole month.... i think that's the longest i've ever stayed in my three years here. anyway, there really isn't a point to this post.. i'm only updating cause iris came yesterday and said 'wow, i see you use xanga quite often' or something like that... anyway, goodluck with exams! | | |
| . the beginning of another semester .
a week of school's already passed by... and it still feels like as if summer just started yesterday. so much happened and did so much during summer, but then there were also the many things i didn't get to do too... i wish i could've taken time off work earlier or summer was just A BIT longer...

i can't remember what else i did... but that list basically sums up my summer, along with the work, the volunteer and the school... and of course time with my baby =)
first week of school: i guess i can't complain... my courses are decent... although i have a feeling i'll be liking my second semester a lot better.. but mehh.. my room looks a lot better now than when i first moved in... lol i have curtains now! hahaha met tons of new people who are amazingly nice lol so i guess all in all my year's gonna be a fun one!! can't wait till everything actually settles down.

| . just for stef .
lol see stef? i DO update... haha nah, i just.. don't have time... i'm
working six days a week, volunteer the one day i'm off and then i have
my summer course at night when i get home =(... but it's okay... it's
all worth it hehehe
so yeah... i don't really have much to update about... but i did have a
great day on my birthday hehehe and thankyous to everyone that gave me
a call to wish me happy birthday.. lol i think my minutes for the month
are all used up already... o.O" and i actually look forward to going to
work... hehehe
anyway... i'm done procrastinating... i don't think i'll be updating
anytime soon either.. hahaha considering the fact that i hardly even
use my computer during the summer due to the lack of time i have.... i
think i'd much rather be sleeping =P

| . quick update .
i've been off school for about two weeks now? and let's see... what
have i done within the first week... spend time with my doggy, picking
my sister up from school, watch tv, eat, sleep and play. but luckily my
second week was more productive hehe, on top of everything i did the
first week, i also went to work and volunteer! it was so much fun!  i finally got to go do my trainning after my interview! and my supervisors are crazy nice and easy to get along with. 
so on my first day i got to work with pigeons, doves, a bluejay,
turtles, an opossum, babie squirrels (which are the most adorable
things in the world when feeding them!!) and i also got to see some
babie bunnies literally three inches in length weighing less than a
hundred grams! and of course the loveable raccoons! hehe it was so much
fun. now to add to the list my summer course starts this week so that's
another thing for me to do! no more sleeping in too late... haha and
less tv for meee.

| . exam time .
classes were done on friday... i was actually sad about my invertebrate course coming to an end  sure, it was hard and a lot of people hated it... but it was actually interesting and a lot of fun and i learned so much from it lol ...i'm going to miss that class and i like my profs too, they're so cool! 
well now that classes are finished, exams are here already, i hate
exams... i wish i could fast forward through the next two weeks and not
have to deal with them... lol but of course that's not possible and the
only thing i can do now is study and look forward to going home..
soon.. hopefully! if not next week...
then when i go back for my orientation.. which i have waited a whole
month for since i couldn't make it back for the previous one. i'm so
excited! hehe
anyway, i went grocery shopping today and as i was walking i saw these
two groundhogs on the other side of the fence just sitting there in
front of their burrow and it looked like the were bathing in the sun...
taking up every last ray of sunlight they can get.. they were so cute.
so when i was finished buying my groceries, i was walking back hoping
to see them again. and guess what? yup i saw them alright, still
sitting there side by side hehe.. but i don't know, i guess the
afternoon sun lured them all out, but i saw a total of seven groundhogs
along that patch of a little hill-ish slope! some of them were fat and
stubby too! hehehe but not as big as some of the ones i've seen at the
zoo...  lol they're hilarious...
the campus is so nice and quiet on the weekends with the odd
person/family strolling around.. but the arboretum at night is quite
scary.. but at the same time.. it has a sense of... mysterious
tranquility..? lol either way, i think i'd appreciate it more during
the day  . if you're wondering what i was
doing in the arboretum at night.. it was cause the gym was closed.. for
some reason.. so my friend and i decided to take a jog through the
arboretum, and i finally saw the japanese garden!
i'm sure it looks even more beautiful in the summer when all the
flowers are in full bloom. i've been pretty happy the past week hehe
and it's all thanks to two people i haven't seen in awhile  simply seeing/talking with them is enough to put a smile on my face.
wow, this is a pretty long post compared to my other ones.. haha i
don't think i will be updating anytime soon because of exams, and after
exams is summer! with my busy schedule i highly doubt i'd have much
time to update.. so better enjoy my few remaining posts (if any) before
summer starts haha.
